Designers Who Shape Steuben
Thursday, October 29 | 78 pm | Learn More
Synonymous with crystal clear, Steuben has been a cornerstone of American design since 1903. From extensive art pieces to delicate hand coolers, sleek barware, holiday ornaments, and everything in between, pieces of Steuben have graced homes and been central to special occasions for decades.
And behind each intricate design during every era is a talented artisan shaping the brand. We rarely see those who are behind these famed pieces, but were pulling back the curtain for an exclusive discussion with a few of Steubens most well-known designers. What goes into their process? What are their inspirations? What makes the Steuben brand timeless? How do they embody Steubens commitment to exceptional quality?
Well be joined by:
Eric Hilton, Steuben Designer
Taf Lebel Schaefer, Steuben Designer
Steve Bender, Steuben Business Manager
Moderated by Rob Cassetti, Senior Director of Creative Strategy and Visitor Engagement at The Corning Museum of Glass and former Design Director of Steuben
