Question on Color and Repairs

Hi Alan I have a couple of questions-first I have this broken piece and I cannot remember the name of the color. Also, it is a cigarette holder right? Luckily, I havent broken much over the years and I have no recollection of how this happened. I always thought I would fix it but NOPE. I am not in the restoration business.
