In this section you can register and pay for the Symposium. You can pay through PayPal by using either a PayPal account or a credit card. This registration form can be used to register either one or two people.
1. Each line item has a check box and a quantity. Choose the appropriate line item and check the box. The quantity 1 will appear in the quantity box. If you wish the quantity to be 2 highlight the box and enter 2.
2. The cost for each line item is listed and if the quantity is changed the cost automatically updates.
3. If you are registering for the entire Symposium DO NOT check the box for the banquet only. The banquet is included in the registration fee.
4. Make sure to choose an entree.
5. At the bottom you can make a choice to pay by PayPal using a PayPal account or a credit card or you can pay by check.
6. Please fill the red text in the box below it.
7. When you have finished click "Continue for Confirmation and Payment Instructions" and that will take you to a summary page. If you want to pay by using PayPal or a credit card and the summary looks correct then click "Buy Now" and that will take you to PayPal where you can pay the fee. The Club gets an automatic email that summarizes your registration. If you want to pay by check you can print out the information for inclusion with your check.
