Color Questioning

I am sorry to say this Footed Center Piece Bowl is, in my opinion, not Topaz. The colors used were Amber and Flemish Blue. This type of decorated glass is properly referred to in the factory records as FLEMISH. Just like when Aqua Marine is decorated with a blue ring around the foot or rim or has blue prunts the Steuben name changes to Cyprian. This type of glass, in my opinion is properly identified as Carder Steuben Flemish Centerpiece Bowl. (I like to add primary color in Amber with Flemish Blue applied rims and prunts).

Can Anyone Help Jan Baer?
Is this a Steuben item? It is 14" across. The color matches a Quezal bowl that I have. It is not signed. Jan Baer
