The Many Shades of Blue

Who Can Help? Who Has a Collection of The Many Shades of Blue to Photograph?

Good morning Alan:

Regarding the 5 (or 6) blues, it would be great if we could get a single shot of all of them in the same photo, because what light an item is shot under, as well as what light setting the camera is set for can slightly affect the color in the photo, making comparison difficult. For example in the last Gazette the French Blue and Rita Blue look pretty much the same except the French Blue looks a little darker (but the entire photo looks a little darker).

Thanks and keep up the great Gazette issues. They have become part of my morning routine.

The deadline for the Symposium registration is October 1.

The Lotton Family - father Charles, sons David and Daniel and grandson Robert - all glassblowers - will be with our members for the weekend, beginning with a wonderful Welcome Reception on Thursday, October 11.

Charles Lotton and Max Erlacher will participate in a Fireside Chat on Saturday morning.

ÿ The entire family plans to attend the Club banquet.

These are events that you do not want to miss!
