Sample Symposium Programing

You cant possibly be a Steuben collector without knowing who Tom Dimitroff is or hearing him speak. Tom is a historian at heart he taught social studies and English in the Corning-Painted Post school district for 35 years. He has authored or co-authored numerous books and articles on local Corning area history. Several years ago Tom was instrumental in the installation of the Cyril Carder Memorial Window at City Hall, which every glass collector needs to see. But for Carder Steuben collectors, his Schiffer book on Frederick Carder & Steuben Glass is a must have.

Toms in-depth knowledge of Carder Steuben will be on display at the Symposium this year when he discusses the themes that Frederick Carder used in his designs and how those themes help to identify Carders work. Tom is a captivating speaker and the Club is lucky to have him present again this year! This is a MUST ATTEND program so register for the Symposium today at cardersteubenclub.org
